For aesthetics practitioners

Fully booked and still wondering where the money went?

The 4-Day Money Mindset Challenge helps you find the money story that’s been running your clinic, change the beliefs holding you back, and walk away with a real plan for November.

Starts [DATE] · 4 days · [WHERE IT RUNS, e.g. online]

Does this sound like you?

You’re good at what you do. So why does money still feel this hard?

  • Your diary’s full, but at the end of the month you still can’t see where it all went.

  • You wince saying your prices out loud, and you’ve been meaning to put them up for months.

  • You throw in free top-ups and discounts before anyone has even asked.

  • “I can’t afford it” is keeping the course, the bigger room and the extra help on hold.

  • Opening your banking app makes your stomach drop, so you just don’t.

  • However hard you work, your income keeps landing on the same figure, month after month.

Why you’re stuck

It isn’t your skill. It’s your story.

You learned how to do money long before you ever picked up a syringe. What you heard at the kitchen table, how the adults around you handled the bills, what happened when there wasn’t enough. Your subconscious remembers all of it.

So when your conscious mind says “I want to earn more”, part of you quietly pulls you back to what feels familiar and safe. A quiet month. An unexpected bill. A discount you didn’t need to give. That’s the block.

And for so many of us who trained in care, there’s another layer: caring was a calling, not a business. Charging properly can feel wrong, even when it isn’t.

You’re not bad with money. You just learned to do it differently.

How the four days work

Four days. Four shifts.

Around 30 to 45 minutes a day, a notebook and some honesty with yourself. Nobody else needs to see what you write.

Day one

Your money story

Your first memory of money, what you heard growing up, and the patterns you’ve been repeating without realising.

You leave with: your story written down, and the patterns it created.

Day two

Your money beliefs

Find what you really believe about money, go back to where each belief started, and write the positive reverse to read for 40 days.

You leave with: your beliefs listed, questioned and reversed.

Day three

Know your numbers

Face your real numbers with no shame, set a monthly goal, price up what you want and build an action board you can feel.

You leave with: where you are, what you want and what it costs.

Day four

Take action

Set your November goal, choose your two main treatments or offers, and work out exactly how many you need to sell.

You leave with: your goal, your numbers and your next three steps.

The transformation

What changes in four days

From “where does it all go?”

To knowing your numbers and your goal

From guilt every time you charge

To charging for the skill you’ve built

From “I can’t afford it”

To “I will get it, but right now my priority is…”

From avoiding your banking app

To knowing exactly where you stand

From the same figure every month

To a November goal that stretches you

From “I’m bad with money”

To “I just learned it differently”

The one rule

Take your

thoughts to court

Every time a negative thought about money comes up, we put it on trial. Most of the time it won’t stand up. It’s a belief, not the truth, and beliefs can be changed.

Is this actually true?

What’s the evidence for it, and against it

Is it a fact, or a belief I picked up?

Whose voice is this really?

Your guide

Hi, I’m Kim

I’m a Registered Mental Health Nurse and a trained Belief Coding facilitator, and I run my own aesthetics clinic and training academy in Congleton, Cheshire.

I know how much of what holds us back with money has nothing to do with money at all. It’s the story underneath. This challenge brings together what I know about the mind and what I know about running an aesthetics business, so you can change both.

Your questions

How much time do I need each day?

Around 30 to 45 minutes. All you need is a notebook and a quiet space.

Do I have to share my numbers?

No. Everything you write is just for you. Nobody else needs to see your story, your beliefs or your bank balance.

Is this for me if I’m just starting out?

Yes. Whether you’re in your first year or you’ve been running your clinic for a while, the money story underneath is the same work.

What if some of it brings up difficult feelings?

That’s normal. Go gently, take a break when you need one, and if something brings up more than you can sit with on your own, reach out to someone you trust or a professional for support.

What happens after the four days?

You’ll have your goal and your next three steps. If you want help with the marketing, messaging and sales side, I’ll tell you about Stand Out, Sell Out, my 12-week programme starting 4 January.

What if November was your best month in clinic?

Nothing changes until the story does. It takes four days.
